We have now introduced our newest program that provides you Private Funds to use for Flipping Short Sale Transactions. Line up a prequalified buyer and our Investor can provide the Proof of Funds and the Cash to buy the short sale from the Bank. Cost of Funds is 1% plus $300 flat fee all paid from your profits at closing. Buy a home worth $200,000 in a short sale for $100,000 and resale for $150,000. You keep $50,000 minus 1% (1,000+$300 flat fee).

Here's how it works: Line up a shortsale purchase, use our method to line up a buyer, then use our investor's funds to buy the home and flip it to your buyer. No credit needed on your part since the buyer's note is sold at closing to payoff our private investor. This is a No Cash / No Credit transaction for investors.


By purchasing Platinum Level, you are purchasing training as an investor so that you can flip homes using the Program. You receive the Gold level program and the Platinum level training. You can also start earning more as a result of being at the Platinum Level.

Profits from Seller Financed Loan Purchased at Closing:

1. Earn Full Profit Spreads on homes you flip.
2. Earn 1% of the loan purchased from every Homeowner that funds with our Temporary Seller Financing Program.
3. Earn 1/2% percent of the loan purchased on any sales made by your team members.

4. Earn $400 on every Platinum sale made from your website with the exceptions of your first and fourth sales.
5. Earn a $200.00 Bonus on every Platinum sale that any of your team members make. This becomes a residual income that continues to come in each time anyone on your team brings Platinum members. It also means you earn $600 on each of the 1st and 4th sales from any of your team sales to infinity. Plus, you earn the $200 on every sale made from each of your team members. Your 1st and 4th personal sales are not part of your team as they are passed up to your team leader and become part of their team. 6. You can use any pre-approved buyers from any of your own Gold team member's, to flip your own homes with; (after the original seller has their opportunity to sell to that buyer).  Gold level team members are limited to earning only from the original homeowner that created the lead. All additional pre-approved leads belong to you. This is the key to building an enormous buyers list, ready to buy your next home.
7. Earn $150.00 when team members joins at the Gold level.
8. Earn $400.00 on every Platinum team member that joins through any of your own Gold team members. (Gold team members only earn when someone signs up at Gold Level. They must pass-up all Platinum members to you until they become a qualified Platinum Team Leader. You get to keep all passed up team members.)

Details on how Platinum Associates are paid as people join your Platinum Team

This is a 2 Tier Payment System, not an MLM. You earn on your team and on their team. All of your team members pass up 2 of their team members (1 & 4). In the example above, since Tim and Tom have been passed up to your team, they will, in turn, pass you their 1st and 4th sales. This process keeps occuring over and over. Of the $697 startup cost for Platinum Level, $600 is paid instantly to team leaders.

What You Receive and Do at Gold Level

1. You receive your own custom Retail website and a Wholesale website (just like the site you are on now). This is what you purchase as a gold member.

2. You promote your Retail Website to Home Sellers, Realtors, Builders, Mortgage Brokers. You just lead people to your retail website and we do the rest. You earn 1% on owner carried loans purchased through our note buyer.

3. You promote your Wholesale website to Home Based Business seekers and real estate professionals. You earn when people join at Gold and Platinum Levels.

What You can Make at Gold Level

From your Retail Site: You can earn one percent (1%) of the loan amount funded using our note buying source to sell their homes. Example: $200,000 loan = $2,000 cash profit to you.

Build a Team and Multiply your Profits

You earn $150.00 per person that signs up with the same Gold Program (purchasing the Gold website) you signed up for. You also earn half of one percent on any owner financed loans we purchase from your team members.

1. You earn 1% (one percent) of the loan amount when homeowners use our Temporary Seller Finance Program to sell their home. Earn 1/2% (half of one percent) of the loan amount purchased when any of your team members closes a transaction.

2. You also earn when you start building your own Team.
You earn $150.00 when a team member joins (buys the gold website), plus $50 residual income from every team member purchasing under them.  Your team keeps growing automatically when your own team members begin to build their teams. They each pass up their 1st and 4th team members who then become your personal team. These become your team members and as they build their team, the same process continues building your team for you.   Our pay plan is the most unique plan you will find anywhere. It is designed to keep growing and paying you while giving all members instant income starting as soon as week one.


At Gold or Platinum levels, you keep all the sellers you sign up and earn 1% on the notes that are purchase from them. Team leaders earn 1/2% off every seller note purchased from their team members or their referred sellers.

There is never any upfront cost to sellers or buyers to use this program. Sellers pay only via the discount they accept on the note purchase.
